Early on in 1920's a Nobel Prize winning scientist described the only environment suitable for cancer to grow. It turns out that this is one without adequate oxygen supply.
So why is this important? This tells us what might be obvious to you as a child and enter this world. Oxygen is crucial for survival and our wellbeing.
And what has that got to do with inflammation?
Well there's little doubt that in situations where inflammation builds the supply of oxygen to those tissues is diminished. It lacks the proper O2 molecules delivery life and becomes more destructive. Now this occurs as a natural process. But if this inflammatory cycle is perpetuated it can start consuming and developing into more regressed cell types, including cancer.
Why recommend breathing techniques, cardiovascular exercise daily, good sleep, meditative methods?
They all allow our brain and body to reset and renew oxygen levels within our nervous system. This is essential for health and life.
Breathe deep. Relax. Enjoy
